Shipping

We cannot ship to a PO Box so please supply a physical address for your delivery. 

New Zealand

Our goal is to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If for whatever reason there will be a delay dispatching or delivery of your order, you will be notified immediately. We have a flat rate of $15.00 for North Island and $25.00 for South Island orders.

Tracking and Tracing:

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your track and trace number and a link to follow your delivery once your order had been dispatched.

Courier Delays:

Sometimes an order is delayed in transit. If this occurs, and once we are aware we will do our best to follow up with your delivery and get it to you as soon as possible.

 

International

Our Orders are shipped from New Zealand. We have a flat rate of $95 for all international orders. Custom delays are rare but they do happen and is out of our control. If this unfortunately dose happen that duty is payable on your order, and payable by you, as the importer and is not payable by Noa Blanket Co.

Please don't hesitate to contact us you have any questions regarding international shipping. There may be delays beyond original delivery estimates if your item is to be delivered to areas outside of a major city centre, or is held for custom clearance procedures. Freight prices listed are in NZD.
